We start with a chunk of 1045 steel, meticulously CNC machine it and fully balance it into harmonic art that meets SFI 18.1 specifications. That's good enough for pretty much every type of racing that there is. Permanently etched timing marks every 2-degrees with additional marks at 90° increments. Every piece is clear coated in it's natural state after machining. We do not paint our pieces because a little extra paint in one spot could upset the precise balancing we've achieved.
